With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Science (Honours) from York University, Sarah has always been passionate about helping people with their physical health. After graduating, Sarah continued her education at the National Academy of Osteopathy, where she earned her diploma as a manual osteopath.

Sarah’s expertise in anatomy and physiology enables her to create personalized treatment plans tailored to her client’s unique needs and objectives. She focuses on identifying the root cause of pain and discomfort and uses a hands-on approach to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function. In addition to providing treatment, Sarah educates her patients on how to maintain better health.

When not in the clinic, Sarah can be found at the barn riding and spending time with her horses or at Woodbine racetrack, where she play an integral role in training her racehorse.
